•  A residential quarter in the “Algeshevo” area, the city of Cheboksari, Russia – completed in 1986-1989. Designed by Arch. Vassil Anastasov, Arch. Vesela Decheva. 

•  A 36-classroom school building in Plovdiv. Designed by Arch. Vassil Anastasov, Arch. Vesela Decheva.

•  Bank office of “Agrobusiness” Bank- Plovdiv. Completed in 1993. Designed by Arch. Vesela Decheva.

•  Bank office of “Bulbank” – Plovdiv. Completed in 1999. Designed by Arch. Vesela Decheva 

•  Bank office of “Bulbank” – Karlovo. Completed in 1999. Designed by Arch. Vesela Decheva 

•  Bank office of “International Orthdox Bank St. Nicolas” – Plovdiv. Completed in 1996. Designed by Arch. Vesela Decheva. The project was nominated for the “ Plovdiv” award in 1996 and received the special award of the UAB at the Spring Architecture Salon in Plovdiv in 1996.

•  “St. St. Peter and Paul” Chapel – the village of Topolovo, Plovdiv region – completed in 1994. Designed by Arch. Vesela Decheva. The project was a donation.

•  “The Holy Trinity” Church – the village of Stryama, Plovdiv region. The building is still under construction. Designed by Arch. Vesela Decheva. The project was a donation.

•  “St. Sofia” Church – the village of Suhozem, Plovdiv region. Completed in 2002. Designed by Arch. Vesela Decheva. The project was a donation.

•  Residential building including a branch office of “Raiffeisenbank” on “Avksentii Veleshki” street, Plovdiv. Completed in 1998. Designed by Arch. Vesela Decheva. The project was nominated for the “ Plovdiv” award in 1998.

•  Shopping mall “City Centre” - Plovdiv. Completed in 1999. Designed by Arch. Vesela Decheva. The project was awarded an honorary certificate and a medal at the National Architecture Exhibition in Sofia in November 1999. In may 2000 it received the “ Plovdiv” award for exclusive contribution in the field of art and culture in section Arctitecture. Also awarded the “Golden Pencil” for 1999.

•  Residential buildings for “Stroimax – NN” Building Company – Plovdiv. Completed in 1993. Designed by Arch. Vesela Decheva. The project was nominated for the ‘ Plovdiv” award in 1994.

•  Residential buildings for “Kalisto-Mati” Building Company – Plovdiv. Completed in 1996 and 1998. Designed by Arch. Vesela Decheva.

• Residential buildings for “Sapi” Building Company – Plovdiv. Completed in 1995, 1999 and 2004. Designed by Arch. Vesela Decheva.

•  SPA Centre – the village of Topolovo, Plovdiv region. Completed in 1998. Designed by Arch. Vesela Decheva and arch. Tatyana Petrova.

• Gas station on the Plovdiv – Yagodovo route. Completed in 1999. Designed by Arch. Vesela Decheva.

•  Reconstruction and modernization of Pavilion 6 of the International Plovdiv Fair. The exclusive rights over the project were won in a competition in 2001. Project by Arch. Vesela Decheva and Arch. Dimitar Rimalovski.  

• Reconstruction, modernization and building of an additional storey of “Trimoncium – Princess” Hotel – Plovdiv. Project by Arch. Vesela Decheva and Arch. Tsonko Solakov. Project 1999-2004. First stage completed in 2002. Next stage is still under construction.

•  “Beauty Centre” office – Plovdiv. Project developed in 2003. Designed by Arch. Vesela Decheva and Arch. Anton Blagoev. The building is still under construction.

In the period between 1982 and 2004 a number of other projects were designed and realized, these include residential buildings, private houses, commercial and industrial buildings, monuments, etc.
